Our thorough interview and screening process ensures every caregiver we refer is compliant, qualified, and the right fit for your unique needs. We use Federal Bureau of Law Enforcement checks and the Abuse Registry to ensure safety.

    Structured Interview Every candidate undergoes a thorough in-person or video interview to evaluate qualifications and character.

    Level 2 Background Check FBI-level criminal background screening plus cross-referencing of the Abuse Registry.

    License & Certification Verification All credentials, CPR cards, and role-specific certifications are authenticated and recorded.
  • 4
    Health Compliance Review Communicable disease clearance and HIV/AIDS training must be current before placement.
  • 5
    Client–Caregiver Matching We carefully match caregivers to clients based on needs, language, personality, and availability.

Registered & Licensed Practical Nurses
All items below must be current and on file prior to placement
  • RN or LPN license (active)
  • Level 2 Background Screening on file with AHCA
  • Valid CPR card — AHA or American Red Cross
  • Communicable disease clearance (within 6 months)
  • 1-Hour HIV/AIDS Certificate
  • 30-Hour Infusion Therapy Certificate (LPN only)
  • Professional Liability Insurance (recommended)
  • Current Florida Driver's License
  • Current Automobile Insurance
  • Current Vehicle Registration
Home Health Aides & Certified Nursing Assistants
All items below must be current and on file prior to placement
  • CNA License in Florida (or HHA certificate — 40hr min)
  • Level II Background Screening on file with AHCA
  • Valid CPR Card — AHA or American Red Cross
  • Communicable disease clearance (within 6 months)
  • 1-Hour HIV/AIDS Certificate
  • 1-Hour Alzheimer's Training Certificate
  • 2-Hour Self-Administration of Medication Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance (recommended)
  • Florida Driver's License & Social Security Card
  • Auto Insurance & Vehicle Registration (own transport)
